These terms apply to the public Impact Sol information website and its enquiry forms. Impact Sol is a Bangladesh-based business operating under a DNCC trade licence. The website provides general information, invites enquiries and describes plans that may change. It does not itself make an offer, create a contract, partnership, agency, funding commitment, employment relationship or product-access right. Chokro is owned by Impact Sol; its app launch is planned for late September 2026 and phased Dhaka pilot operations from October 2026, subject to store review, final release checks and local readiness. Website content is not legal, financial, investment, environmental-certification or other professional advice. These terms preserve rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded and are intended to be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

2. Using this website
You may use the public website for lawful, personal or organisational information purposes. You must not:

- interfere with security, availability, rate limits or form protections;
- submit malicious code, spam, unlawful content or misleading identity information;
- scrape or automate requests in a way that harms the service or other users; or
- present website content in a way that falsely implies endorsement, partnership or verified impact.
Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect the service, people, rights or legal obligations. Nothing in these terms authorises activity prohibited by applicable law.
3. Enquiries do not create a relationship
Submitting a general, partnership, maker or initiative enquiry does not create a contract, partnership, agency, funding commitment, selection decision, endorsement or right to use Chokro. Any future relationship would require separate written terms, appropriate review and agreement by authorised parties.
Do not submit confidential material through a first-contact form. Unless a separate confidentiality agreement is signed, sending an enquiry should not be understood to create a duty to treat an unsolicited idea or business description as confidential.
4. Informational content and product status
This site describes Impact Sol’s technology work with impact-driven clients and its own product development, beginning with Chokro. Product plans and proposed collaborations can change. Chokro’s current stage is working prototype.
Planned app launch: Late September 2026. Phased Dhaka operations: From October 2026. The app launch and Dhaka pilot rollout are planned; availability depends on final release checks and local operations.
No material on this website is professional, legal, financial, environmental-certification or investment advice. No metric, forecast or environmental outcome should be inferred where none is explicitly published with its method and limitations.
Impact Sol aims to keep published information accurate but does not promise that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. Confirm important information directly before relying on it.
5. Intellectual property and permitted reuse
Impact Sol owns Chokro and the Chokro materials it has approved for publication. Other names, marks and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership of UN, SDG or 3ZERO names, marks or materials is claimed.
You may link to public pages accurately without implying affiliation or endorsement. No licence is granted to reproduce Impact Sol or Chokro marks, interface assets, software or substantial website content except with written permission or where applicable law permits it.
6. Third-party links and services
A link to another website is provided for context and does not by itself mean that Impact Sol controls, endorses or accepts responsibility for it. Third-party sites may have different terms, accessibility and privacy practices.
Google Play, the Apple App Store and other external services apply their own terms, privacy practices and availability decisions. A verified external link will be labelled so visitors can understand when they are leaving this website.
7. Availability, responsibility and liability
The website may be updated, paused or withdrawn. Security and accessibility issues can be reported, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be promised.
To the extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Impact Sol is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by reliance on incomplete informational content, external services or temporary unavailability. Material changes will be identified by the reviewed date. Continued use after a published change means the updated terms apply from that date, subject to applicable law.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Please contact Impact Sol first so a concern can be understood and addressed. If it cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction in Bangladesh. Mandatory consumer and privacy complaint rights remain unaffected.
