About Impact Sol.

Built for practical progress.

Impact Sol. is being shaped as a home for useful products and partnerships that can support eco-conscious enterprise and a greener, more inclusive economy.

Why we are here

About Impact Sol.

Good intentions need useful infrastructure.

People working toward more responsible ways of producing, trading and participating often face fragmented information, limited connections and tools that do not fit their context.

Impact Sol. is being developed to help close some of those gaps. The intention is to build focused digital products, convene practical partnerships and learn openly from real use. The work should be understandable to the people it affects—not hidden behind broad promises or fashionable language.

That direction is deliberately modest. Technology can support change, but it cannot replace fair governance, local knowledge, safe working conditions or responsible policy.

Provisional direction

Mission, vision, and the meaning of “Sol.”

These statements come from the working requirements brief. They remain provisional until Impact Sol.’s owners complete the formation and brand-approval process.

Mission

To equip people and organizations creating environmental and social value with the technology, connections, and practical support they need to grow sustainably.

Vision

A thriving economy where responsible businesses, local makers, and purpose-led innovation improve life for people and the planet.

Name story

Sol is short for solutions. It also reflects the energy created when people, ideas, and technology come together around a shared purpose. New technologies belong only where they solve a real problem, strengthen trust, or extend positive impact.

Working business philosophy

Commercially grounded and guided by social-business principles.

Impact Sol. intends to develop practical products and partnership work that can sustain responsible delivery while supporting environmental and social value. That does not mean a particular revenue, ownership, subsidy, grant, pro-bono, or surplus-treatment model is already operating.

Before any offer is made public, the responsible team must approve what can be delivered, for whom, at what capacity, through which selection process, under which commercial terms, and with what safeguards. Paid, subsidised, grant-funded, and pro-bono work must be distinguished plainly.

Organisation

Who is accountable, and who we work with.

Both are published only on the record: a person appears with their own consent, an organisation with written permission to use its name.

People, place and history

Publish the accountable facts when they are approved.

Leadership records are published with recorded consent on the Executive & Strategic Leadership page. No founder narrative, award, affiliation, operating location, or service geography has been supplied with publication approval, and this build does not invent them.

Founder story and timeline

Withheld until the founder approves the narrative, dates, prior project relationships, and any personal information.

Where the company works

Impact Sol.’s service geography is not yet confirmed. Chokro is separately described as designed for Bangladesh with a focused Dhaka pilot planned.

Current priorities

Confirm the legal and brand identity, document the Chokro relationship, approve service capacity and governance, complete policy review, and verify a responsible production release.

How we intend to work

Principles before promises.

These are working commitments for how ideas should be selected, developed and communicated.

  1. 01

    Start with people and context

Listen before defining the problem. Include the people who experience it in discovery, testing and decisions that affect them.

  2. 02

    Make the useful thing first

Prefer a focused tool that works over a large idea that cannot yet be tested. Keep the route from need to benefit visible.

  3. 03

    Design for access and dignity

Treat accessibility, privacy, safety and respectful language as product requirements—not finishing touches.

  4. 04

Show the evidence and its limits

Separate prototypes, outputs and outcomes. Publish methods and caveats alongside any future impact claim.

Accountability

Clear about what is known—and what is not.

Trust depends on accurate language. Named people and organisations appear only with recorded consent or written permission; registration, ownership, geography and results remain unclaimed until approved.
