1. Scope and responsibility
This is a working draft and requires owner and legal review before public launch. The website may collect the name, contact details, organisation details and message that a person chooses to submit through an enquiry form, together with limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse. Netlify hosts the website and processes and stores these submissions through Netlify Forms. The intended purposes are to receive and route the enquiry, respond where appropriate and maintain service security. Access should be restricted to authorised people, and records should be retained only for an approved period before secure deletion. No non-essential analytics or advertising technology is intended at launch. Requests about access, correction or deletion may be sent through the published contact route. Before publication, the owner must confirm the responsible legal entity, lawful bases, international transfers, retention periods, jurisdiction-specific rights and the monitored privacy contact.
This draft applies to the public pages and enquiry forms on this Impact Sol. website. Impact Sol. is currently described as an initiative being established. The organisation legally responsible for personal information—and its address and registration details—must be inserted after it is confirmed.
The contact route for privacy questions during this pre-launch stage is arnish.cse.sdcs@gmail.com.
2. Information the website may collect
Information you submit
The general, partnership and maker or initiative forms collect your name, email address and message. Depending on the form, you may also choose to provide an organisation, phone number, country or region, and website or public-profile link.
Do not submit passwords, payment information, health details, identity documents, confidential business material or other sensitive information through these enquiry forms.
Technical and anti-abuse information
Netlify may process limited request information needed to deliver the site, filter spam, diagnose failures and protect the forms. This can include timestamps, request headers and network information. The final hosting setup and log retention must be documented before launch.
3. How information is intended to be used
Enquiry information is intended to be used only to:
- receive, review and respond to the message you send;
- route a partnership or maker enquiry to an appropriate person;
- maintain the security and reliability of the enquiry service;
- keep a limited record of correspondence where reasonably needed; and
- meet legal obligations that apply to the confirmed operator.
The form acknowledgement does not permit unrelated advertising, sale of contact details or adding you to a mailing list. If a newsletter or research programme is introduced, it will need a separate, specific explanation and choice.
The lawful basis for each use must be identified in the approved notice after the operating entity and applicable jurisdiction are confirmed.
5. Retention and security
Production owners must approve a retention period and regularly export or delete Netlify form submissions to apply it. A message may need to be retained longer if it becomes part of continuing correspondence or a legal record, subject to an approved retention policy.
The site is designed to use encrypted transport in production, browser validation, Netlify spam filtering, a hidden spam trap and restricted dashboard access. No internet service can promise absolute security. If a material incident affects personal information, the confirmed operator should follow the notification duties that apply to it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit a form and use the published email route instead. You can also ask to access, correct or delete information connected to your enquiry. Other rights—such as restriction, objection, portability or complaint to a regulator—depend on the law that applies to the confirmed operator and to you.
Send a request to arnish.cse.sdcs@gmail.com. Enough information may be requested to locate the record and confirm that a request is legitimate; do not email unnecessary identity documents. The approved notice must state response periods, exceptions and the relevant supervisory authority.
8. Children
These public enquiry forms are not designed to collect information from children. The final operator must define any age threshold and procedure required by its jurisdiction and product scope. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, use the privacy contact route so the situation can be reviewed.
9. Changes to this notice
The reviewed date will change when this notice is materially updated. Important changes should be explained clearly, and additional notice or consent should be sought if required by applicable law.
10. Privacy contact
Email arnish.cse.sdcs@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. This is a provisional contact route until the responsible legal entity and formal privacy address are published.
